Du willst praktischen Impact? Werde Teil unseres Netzwerks als Freelancer (m/w/d) auf Projektbasis und vermesse Gebäude mit unserem hochmodernen LumoScanner und der benutzerfreundlichen LumoApp! Deine Arbeit bildet die Grundlage für zielgenaue Sanierungen – und trägt so direkt dazu bei, Ressourcen zu sparen und den Gebäudesektor nachhaltiger zu gestalten!
Deine Aufgaben:
Präzise Gebäudevermessung mit dem LumoScanner und der LumoApp
Kundenorientierte Kommunikation vor, während und nach dem Einsatz
WHAT YOU BRING
Mobilität innerhalb Deutschlands (regionaler Fokus möglich)
Verfügbarkeit für Einsätze von Montag bis Freitag
Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
Service- und Kundenorientierung: Du bist das Gesicht von Lumoview vor Ort
Pünktlichkeit & Organisationskompetenz: Zuverlässige Termineinhaltung ist dein Markenzeichen

About Lumoview
Lumoview is a PropTech company based in Cologne and Berlin, Germany. Founded in 2019 as a spin-off from the German Aerospace Center (DLR), we are on a mission to digitize buildings and provide the data foundation for energy consulting, renovation planning, and sustainable real estate development.
What we do
Using our patented technology, which combines 360° photography with high-precision LiDAR sensing, we capture building interiors in a matter of seconds. The resulting building data is processed with AI and made available for a wide range of applications throughout the entire building lifecycle.
